good stay but room needs attention

The views from our room were stunning. The desserts provided each night were a delightful surprise that made our evenings special.

Our room was spacious, but the hot tub wasn't working during our stay.

Berry Springs Lodge surprised me with its beautiful scenery and delicious homemade breakfast. Though the communal fridge felt awkward for leftovers, the cozy vibe and attentive staff created a warm stay. Ideal for a romantic retreat amid nature's tranquility!

We enjoyed the hiking trails and had fun using the bikes, though they could use a little maintenance. The sunrise view was stunning, and the homemade breakfast was a great start to our days here. Definitely a hit for a group getaway!

The garden area was great for relaxing. We did have a little trouble with the bikes available for guests, but it didn’t dampen our fun at all. I highly recommend visiting this lovely spot! 😊

Charming escape with incredible views

Our stay in the Crystal Springs room was fantastic! It had an amazing view of the Smoky Mountains from the balcony. The breakfasts were homemade with fresh pastries and local coffee. Each night, we enjoyed a delicious dessert. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend for nature lovers!

Our stay at the lodge was fantastic, especially waking up to the stunning sunrise views from our deck each morning and exploring nearby spots like Parrot Mountain and its beautiful gardens, which felt just a quick stroll away. it truly made our weekend getaway special as we could wander easily through the nearby trekking paths and enjoy the charm of the Smokies.
